True! But then again all Arthur and Lance ever do is argue or beat one another up, and Guin's not even present for all of those antics ;)

Unless I just make something up...

Well, so far it's either to have Guin and Arthur together and Lance off to one side looking insanely jealous, either in a normal setting or at his party; or its to have the four together in their perspective relationships, but each one looking guilty and out of place in longing for the other...

or... not sure yet. Still thinking. Unless you like the idea of either of those. :)

Woo! Finally finished! Here's the original drawing plus some grey shading (I'll send it in the post if you still want it)

And here's the finished piece! Hope you like it!

Your art is really cool Merry. I'm just the same, when I like an RPG story or scene or something it's really fun to draw it, because I suppose it's how you picture it isn't it? There's a really sad game I love to play where you both pick a scene to draw (eg. Edward talking to the worm) and draw it without showing the other then turning the pics round when it's done. It's just really fun to see how someone else depicts something..... anyways games aside.

You're really good at making your pictures actually LOOK like the people they're supposed to be. I'm terrible at that. Terrible. David Tennant is a major character in another rpg of mine and I've drawn a scene with him in, okay it sort of looks like him, but I struggle so much, the slightest change in angle... shape... size and it won't look like them. It's a very precise thing isn't it?

I'm lazy and stick to photomanipulation, but it's a cheat. I'm going to do more painting and stuff soon.

Painting is always good! I need to try and paint more, I haven't in ages. The paint takes too long to dry usually so I just get bored and turn it into a brown mess ^_^ But you're right about the whole drawing thing, one line one millimeter out of place, or a smudge in the wrong area and suddenly who you're drawing looks completely different. It can be quite intense sometimes, trying to get a line straight. Usually I end up swearing and calling myself an idiot if I let the pencil slip just a fraction out of control ^_^ Sure that's not normal.

And thank you! Glad you like them. I drew David Tennant once but I did it on the wrong sort of paper so it didn't turn out looking too great (did it in colouring pencils on watercolour paper! Muppet!). Feel I should try again some time! Got any drawings to show us, then?

I do have stuff but it's old and not my best. Infact, once I get myself set up in london I'd like to start doing some stuff. I want to establish myself as something... a creative person... I dunno. I've ideas for paintings, books, clothes. I need to start actually doing some stuff. You mentioned meeting up, do you live in london? if so I'd love to meet and talk to you about some of this, you seem to prolific, I've no idea where to start or what to do. But even if my stuff is substandard I'd do it for fun.

I've been to brick lane recently and I'm so inspired I can barely sleep - just got to get a temp job first, some money rolling in.

Infact, if anyone would like me to paint them something then please ask - it can be anything (within reason). I'd get me started as I'm terrible at a) deciding what to do and b) applying enough effort once I've started.

(this post was much better the first time I wrote it before I post connection :P)
